Korea has consistently provided what definitely appears to be snowshoe 
hosting for the fakes and pillz spammer once known as the Paul Gregoire (and 
similar) entity. When complaints about Korean spam,and blocking  get serious 
enough, the gang has to operate outside of Korea for a while, but rarely for 
more than a month or so.  By snowshoe hosting I mean that the senders and 
websites bounce around between Powercomm, bora , kisa and the hana nets.
