I don't think that LG is a spammer, or even tolerating it. Most likely 
hijacked servers or IP space. But how can they act if they are never 
notified?

I have tried, over at the routing group, to get an override for the 
125.176.0.0 - 125.191.255.255 range (XSPEED), but it's still going to 
nomaster...
