[Scspamcop] devnull for complaints to Powercomm

Here is what the parser shows when trying to find addys for a spamvertised 
site hosted by Powercomm:

So if the addresses are found, why is the abuse report devnulled?  Do the 
addresses just return bounces?  Full mailboxes?
