Is this in reply to me?  If so, I do not understand your statements or your 
point.  There has been nothing off topic about this thread either as far as 
I can tell.

In this thread, Outlook users have been informed to stop forwarding their 
spam via email and I hope my response above does nothing to contradict that 
information.  I have stopped forwarding my Outlook email and am reporting 
via the web page.  The questions posted were why this is coming to light now 
on an application that has been around since 2003 or so.  My reply is based 
on the public posts here and inferences made from some private communication 
with the deputies.

Please explain your concerns a bit more.  Thank you
