It is easily either ignored or filtered.

You can filter on the username or the NPH nntp-posting-host IP,
either/both of which appear in the overview.

Even OE's dumb message rules can filter on the From username string;
alternatively nfilter proxy can use the NPH;  the SC news admin was kind
to those who would want to use the NPH by putting it into the spamcop.news
overview.
