[Scspamcop] minor formatting problem for quick reporting response

I get the following error whenever there is a "ISP has indicated spam will 
cease;" message in the quick reporting response.  The web page appears to 
format correctly.

   error:ISP has indicated spam will cease; ISP resolved this issue sometime
