[Scspamcop] Spamcop mail down?

For the past 20 minutes I have not been able to get into Spamcop mail.  
The Report Spam page works, but Webmail, Held Mail and even Mail News 
seems to be down.  POP3 access returns an Invalid Password message.

Webmail:
A fatal error has occurred
Could not connect to database for SQL SessionHandler.
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Held Mail:
Cannot log into IMAP mailserver as xxxxx at spamcop.net
