[Scspamcop] Spam will NOT cease, besides...

These are recent spams from uk2.net.

SC says "ISP resolved this issue sometime after jul 17, 2008 20.57.40 
+0200", so why are they still coming?

Also, SenderBase doesn't report uk2.net as a spam source (pheraps because SC 
reports can't be filed?), while uk2.net is a well-know spam source according 
to the SARE Header rule at least by 2005...

I guess SC should avoid thrusting too much every and each ISP in the planet. 
It may be that reports shouldn't be filed, but I guess they should at least 
be accounted in SenderBase records...
