Either not awake. or, retributive. I've got one spammer I call the 
"Placeville"* spammer, because that's the CAN-SPAM non-compliant business 
address his spam has been using. he sends me a fresh turdlet about an hour 
after posting one to NANAS. I think a tactic of some spammers  to make 
"anti-commerce" people feel helpless.

*He used some business address in Placeville CA.
