[Scspamcop] add fuel - can not use my credit card

I am trying to add fuel using a credit card.  On the "add payment" 
<http://members.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=paymenu> page I select "Credit
card payment system" and click "Proceed to Verisign payment page" That
page only allows a card type of JCB, I have never heard of a JCB card.
 There is no where to select VISA and it will not accept my card 
number because it is not a JCB card.

Can someone get this fixed?
