Yes, this is what made me think IE saves the login for Spamcop it uses 
cookies; if I accidentally saved the cookie for a short period i'd lose the 
login when I revisited my page ( saved in Favorites ).  If I set the cookie 
save for the longest possible length it would load my reporting page fine 
( from Favorites ).
