I assume you're talking about the page

What version of Firefox are you using? I am using 2.0.0.11 and it has 
worked fine for many moons.

I tried an experiment to disallow cookies, which caused the FF login to 
fail, with red text on the Spamcop.net page telling me I had to check my 
browser's config. When I added "www.spamcop.net" to the allowed 
exceptions in the FF options/privacy page, it worked.
