I've often wondered what the floods were about,
but never cared enough to dig into the issues
or other definitions before now.

Regardless, it would seem that this person(Mike Corley)
is far beyond the realm of considered-normal behavior
and/or mindset. Poking around the website, it becomes
immediately apparent that the guy is a full-on delusional
psychotic personality who really needs a huge dose of
psychotropic medications before he might ever
entertain the possibility of "other reality" in
addition to his own "reality."
