Which goes to prove what was said earlier.
Because the 'spammer' has signed up your spamtrap that they discovered
(by some means), and because you report everything that comes in without
regard for what it really could be (because it's in some foreign
language), the value of your spamtrap in contributing to the wilder
world of RBL's is now zero, and you now run the risk of blocking
legitimate IP's (even if they are foreign language and it's no great
loss to you really)...

I don't totally disagree with what you are saying, just that there 'can
be' instances whereby the spammers upon discovery of a honeypot/spam
trap may try and reduce the effectiveness of it.

(If they find that you are a major contributor to RBL blahblah, and RBL
blahblah is a big pain for them, they could use your honeypot to infect
the RBL with 'bad' data somehow, thereby attempting to discredit the RBL
or have your honeypot /spam trap input removed from the RBL.
