???? I  posted to point out links that answered your conjectured 
query about the link between a Report-ID and a Reporting Account.

Technically. not a FAQ issue, although there are many instances of 
the situation in previous newsgroup and Forum traffic.  As I stated, 
this scenario is not unknown.  Now if you have a suggestion for 
something like a Wiki page that might address something like this, 
how about starting with something as easy as a page name, such that 
the next person impacted would actually find that page ...????

My opinion, no way should one allow a "bad reporting" parse result 
go to Don/Admin.  At the least, that would represent that one is not 
paying any attention to the Parse results and targets offered.  At 
the best, one would be adding to the work-load of one person that 
already has his hands full with trying to stay on top of so many 
other things.
