which seems the equivalent of devnull

When I look up 
http://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=88.70.17.124 ,
the complete address is abuse at arcor-ip.net.
The ISP looks terribly black-hat, so probably it doesn't matter much.
