Well, aside from those who live in the wilderness and get their news
via smoke signals :-), the bandwidth problem is largely a historical
artifact. However, many of us read text-oriented newsgroups with a
text-oriented newsreader and won't see your image anyway. The only
clue I had that there was anything attached to your posting was this
line shown by my newsreader:

   [Attachment type=image/png, name=Picture9.png]

I hadn't even noticed the attachment until I saw others complaining
about it and went back and took a second look.
