[Scspamcop] email reporting with new Apple Mail not working

I don't really know what's going on here. My normal way of reporting spam via 
spamcop is to forward the spam as an attachment to my special spamcop 
reporting address. Then I logon the spamcop website and submit all the queued 
reports.

Well, until the recently-released version of OS X Apple Mail did not support 
forwarding email as an attachment (I know, hard to believe).

Now they do... but spam reporting is not working for me. I send off the spam 
report and get nothing. No bounce-back and nothing in my queue to report.

Can anyone help me with this?
