Until we see something that helps (e.g., a real example of the message, 
with full headers), you are likely to keep wondering.

Here's a good link on how to find the full headers of a message:

http://www.fraudaid.com/find_headers.htm

The message (with full headers) should be pasted into the spamcop engine 
(www.spamcop.net), assuming you have an account (it's free). A tracking 
URL will be generated and you can post that here. The advantage to using 
a tracker is that it will keep certain information anonymous (e.g., your 
email address, id, etc.)

Do not paste the full headers here, unless you're willing to accept the 
consequences of some spammer exploiting that info.
