The headers show they're an ex-NTL, now Virgin Media, customer.

Having avoided OE, I have no idea as to its capabilities. However,
unless Microsoft have stripped out some functionality, the OP should be
able to slightly modify the instructions here:

to suit.

A quick read though that page shows the only change that should be
required is in step #4, where the word to use is "[SPAM]" instead of
"*****SPAM*****" .
