Not really .. the initial item in the parsing of a submittal boils
down to
whether it's like an RFC compliant e-mail. If not, then the
assumption
has to be made that there is an error ...
You need to find out what exactly is going wrong. If it was
something
on JT's servers, one would think that traffic would be hot and heavy
over in the Forum section for SpamCop.net e-mail accounts ... or
possibly the Reporting Help section .... it isn't, so there is more
of
an indication that something is wrong with your tools, reporting
method,
or even the ISP that's sending this e-mail to your SpamCop.net
account ...
