Looks to me that cox is using software to read your/ones out going email and 
it is deciding the email going out is spam

Early in the piece I were with a provider that suddenly used a profanity 
filter on out going email (no one could send email)

Again never automatically accept a ISP's email address The only thing these 
filth are good at is scraping money out of your bank account

Strongly recommend a competent email provider (send and receive), like a 
SpamCop email account

Spam is accurately sorted to Very Easy Reporting folder that informs all 
competent providers that they or one of their customers has a security issue

Any ISP that gets listed by SpamCops SCBL is a sign they are not to be 
trusted
