The 'science' of creating a unique username or password by 'hand' is so
complicated that numerous treatises have been written on it. Long won't
get it. Just saying 'unlikely to be in a dictionary' doesn't make it
so.
One would either have to use a random password generator, which makes
something really ugly, or some 'sophisticated' diceware type strategy so
as to smush together some randomish words.
