[Scspamcop] Are reports processed at the moment

Wonder what is going on, none of the IPs that I report appear in the S/C 
blocklist the last 24 hours, is the reporting system still alive? An 
example is

http://mailsc.spamcop.net/sc?id=z1297811306z9f9ea0c8336bc5ceab619bbe78b1cdb5z

points to 89.191.163.61, I encountered this guy about three times the 
last few hours, yet senderbase still sez he's clean.
