[Scspamcop] Re: cox now blocking reports to spamcop (labelling them as spam)

I don't feel so bad now that we block Cox at our ISP. We never got any
cooperation from them regarding spam sent from there customers with either
open relays or out right spammers.

We also block most of RR and Charter as well but we do add whitelisted
addresses and static IP's at the request of our customers.
