Maybe someone at Cox will get a clue and actually read what SpamCop is and 
does.  It'd be nice if you could get in touch with a high-up contact in a 
large ISP like Cox, but dreams die hard.

Then again, the corporate types at Cox will probably wonder what their 
lower-echelons are wasting their time on and give them something really hard 
to handle.
