Well, as a USENET user and former owner of a private news server... spam is 
spam... but I can understand the technical difficulties SpamCop may have 
with it.

It is unfortunate that with e-mail becoming less and less useful... 
newsgroups being bombarded... and web pages being hijacked... the web may 
become the Vast Wasteland that Sarnoff predicted in the 1950's...
