Well, I for one never heard of any complaints about people reporting usenet 
spam. On the other hand, I'm not an admin. :)  I wish that the parser would 
be improved rather than disabled as it certainly could use the work PLUS not 
being able to report a form of spam doesn't help anyone but the spammers. 
Not sure what else I could say.
