Hopefully you already know that any spam reports to Google for posts in 
their Google Groups results only in a canned response and never hits any 
admins.  They don't expend any resources on their constantly "beta" 
pseudo-newsgroups service other than to keep it running.  About the only 
way to affect Google would be to quarantine them by not having other 
Usenet provider accept any feeds from them (so posts to Google Groups 
can only be found on Google Groups) and not let them feed from any other 
Usenet provider (so Google Groups gets isolated and becomes as isolated 
as Yahoo Groups).
