Is there an acronym yet for something that essentially means "user has seen 
way too many spams in his lifetime to ever be fooled by them"?  I'm sure the 
internet would invent one, eventually.

The reason I asked about the original spamitem is because mailservers still 
don't stamp completely complaint Received: lines, even today.  And it 
bothers me that I *might* miss something that was a spam tactic a lot more 
than 200 that weren't a spam tactic.
