That allusion may be a little vague.

Mike lectured Geoffrey about the subject.  Joe lectured Mike about
lecturing.

PKB stands for Pot, Kettle, Black which is newsgroupese for accusing of
hypocrisy as in an oldtime soot covered pot saying that a soot covered
kettle is black with soot.

By admonishing/lecturing me, Joe is doing what he tells me to not.

And, of course I think Joe gets to do that :-)
