Here's an example of SC telling me about reports and their associated
tracking URL from a submission:
Spam report id 2419960016 sent to: kalina at avtlg.ru
Spam report id 2419960042 sent to: firefly at vlpost.ru
Spam report id 2419960071 sent to: ainf at avtlg.ru
May be saved for future reference:

That tracking URL gives anyone access to the original spam in its
entirety and its parsing. The link consists of a spamcop.net path and a
z-z-z id code which first z-z is a 10 digit decimal number, and which
second z-z is a 32 digit hexadecimal number.
Each of those report id/s 241... seen above are 10 decimal numbers. The
reportid will give *only* the spam's reporter access to the tracking URL
associated with that reportid. That is, I can't take one of your
reportid/s and 'convert' it into a tracking URL, but *you* can take your
own reportid and convert it into a tracking URL.
