I didn't look into the .zip/.rar myself.  The antiphishing site states
it accepts all types of malfeasance, not just phishes.  I send them most
spam I can't easily classify and do a more directed LART with.

thats where I saw it as well.  My killfile for that group takes up its
own drive, doubtful anything useful ever is missed.
The .zip file mentioned (data.zip?) rang a bell as I had just gotten it
myself...

most phish stuff I get is of the banking & ebay class, which I usually
forward to the real business involved
