Of course, then the question becomes "which law enforcement?"  Where
is PayPal located?  The hosting computer was in the APNIC address
range.  I have no way of knowing where the phisher is located.  The
IP addresses of those who entered their login info were from all over
the place, and some weren't even within the U.S.

As I said, I called the phone number on PayPal's "contact us" page,
but I got caught up in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike,
and never did find a way to get to a live body.

BTW, the site is now down, including the eBay-phish-to-be.  All I
can get is some page in Chinese by going to the top of the directory
structure.  (Previously, this gave me a directory listing of "/".)
The other paths/filenames are now 404.
