Perhaps PayPal would pay more attention to a voicemail or email from law 
enforcement?  Or maybe they have a direct line?  This is getting 
interesting.  Do you suppose that there is no law enforcement person who is 
looking for sites like the one you found in order to trap the criminal?  Or 
that they wouldn't be interested?
