I seem to recall that SC reporters acted irresponsibly when links to
graphics were offered.  Instead of unchecking innocent bystanders, they
reported everything.  Too many IB reports led to graphics links being
ignored.

It is pretty bad when spamtraps act more responsibly/accurately than
real people reporters.
