I also have reported, on the infrequent occasions I got spams offering
teeny porn, to an NGO whose e-mail was posted in this NG a couple of
years ago:

childpornreport at wiredsafety.org

They are interested in kiddie porn, as well as cyberstalking,
cyberbullying and various issues related to MySpace, Facebook, and
similar services.  Their executive director at the moment is a woman
attorney who specializes in online security and privacy.

Not all teen porn actually involves underage teens, but rather older
persons misrepresented as underage.  One would think LE would still be
interested in anyone who responded to a spam like that, though, and
would tend to pursue.
