imageshack.us and similars are image hosting sites, not 'actual'
payloads.

Reporting to imageshack is probably/ might be/ useful.  Free reporters
can do it manually, paid reporters can do it as an additional notified.
I tried to look at their TOS and report abuse pages, but the site was
too slow to wait for.
