???? The local part of an e-mail address has nothing to do with the 
organisation that owns the domain.

kisa.or.kr is Korea's so-called computer security agency. They created 
the address spamcop@ in order to receive (and subsequently dump, most 
likely) SC reports. In the same way, spamcop created a special address 
in the spam.spamcop.net domain with my name in the local part for me to 
forward crud there from my array of spam traps. That doesn't mean that I 
own spamcop.net :)
