It took 2 years of arbitration to get the judgement. In the end NetSol
admitted to no wrong doing but still paid up which was funny in itself.

What worked in our favour was the TOS at the current time which NetSol
insisted that it was old and should had been updated but the person
responsible for that never did.

Long story short NetSol claimed a lot of things but could never back them up
including the alleged spamming that they received from SC. Apparently the
person handling that lost the emails and failed in their responsibility.

Gotta love the morons running corporations now-a-days. LOL
