I moved all my domains away from NetSol because of the very same issue you are
having.
They refuse or claim they have "lost" the spam report which caused 2 of my
domains I had there to be turned off. It took a lawyer and a nice legal letter
to make NetSol re-activate my domains which I promptly moved to another registrar.
You may need to follow the same route I did as we lost over $15,000 in online
sales the week NetSol hijacked my domains without due cause or proof.
