The ISP "does not wish to receive user-copied reports"; they would 
accept SC-issued reports, but SC does not wish to issue them.

There is a lot of talk in these newsgroups about "unresponsive" ISPs and 
hosting providers, but to me, SC is the most unresponsive entity in this 
whole business of spam fighting. I am an idiot to have paid for this 
"service" for so many years!
