My question as well. Submissions via webmail yield this message: "SpamCop
AutoResponder [SpamCop] Errors encountered".

No config changes, problem appears to have begun last night at some point.
Apparently the spam being reported is not being "seen" once it's been
reported - though it is definitely there when I reported it. Quoting from
within the error message:

"SpamCop encountered errors while saving spam for processing: SpamCop could
not find your spam message in this email:"

Looks like every cumulative submission yields this response. Not clear if
anything is actually reported or not.

Attempts to report the problem via the webmail "problem" button result in a
syntax error repeatedly.
