"Contact Us" stuff .... the 'original/official' FAQ is not under my 
control, and those in charge of that resource don't seem to bother 
with it.

??? I moved your post out of the Instructions/Tutorial Forum section 
to the SpamCop E-mail System & Accounts section ... I also noted 
'over there' that your post there doesn't quite match the post 
'here' ....  This is the reason I didn't immediately recognize that 
the Forum post was 'the same' as this thread ..... There aren't that 
many folks that keep track of both venues ....
