Recently I signed up to receive reports for our IP range using an address not directly associated with the reporting account but registered as an associated address. Ever since I can't get into the reporting account, I get a web page that says: Set-Cookie: code=mZW2PKykKqkISent; path=/; expires=Wed, 20-Aug-2008 05:50:47 GMT Location: http://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=verifylogin&returnurl=%2Fhelp.shtml Go here: http://www.spamcop.net/mcgi?action=verifylogin&returnurl=%2Fhelp.shtml Any suggestions on how to get this fixed? There's precious little documentation on spamcop account problems, how to fix them or who to contact. That was a good link. Just needed to contact service at admin dot spamcop dot net and have them remove the ISP flag from my reporting account. That restored my paid reporting account. Then I created a new ISP account under a completely separate address.
