1) From my experience, I installed it and have had ZERO problems from it!!
2) There was an initial problem with Symantec products (NIS, NORTON, 360 
etc), I believe. Google Norton SP3 for details. There is a process to get 
around the problem
3) I have recently heard of an issue. Some people were using the XP 'search' 
toolbar(deskband). SP3 wipes that out, supposed to comply with the changes 
they had to make to XP for EU compliance.
