That's been my experience.  They will even use non-standard brands etc. 
that only existed for the purpose of selling to them, as in the Balance 
Digital Technology desktops.  They also buy up warehouse clearances, I'm 
pretty sure.  A name brand there means little because of the way they do 
their RFQs; I want this for $100: So that's what gets made for them.
