Since it has a NIC already I would get a wireless adapter instead of 
adding another NIC.

I use a "game adapter" (Linksys WGA54G) to connect a computer (a very 
old laptop) without a wireless NIC to my LAN.  Plug your cat5 cable 
into the "game adapter" and use your browser to configure it.

Another option is a USB Wireless Network Adapter (Linksys WUSB54G) 
which I purchased but have not used yet.
