I had a new PC built last month and they added a card for my HP 4L laser printer.

I also got XP Pro with OEM OS disk (No way I was going with Vista).

This was the 4th PC I have had built and so far I have never had to go back for support.

Nice having a small dependable shop within 15 miles if I ever need it.
