Making no such claim for the US or any other country but I am pointing out
that the Chinese are far and above the masters of this process. I'm also not
speaking about reports and studies but from my own experience.   Like I said
I've done business with folk all over the world and without exception
dealing with the Chinese has been the hardest in this regard.
